摘要
以新建西安至平凉铁路1-80 m组合桁架为工程背景,对外接式钢-混凝土组合节点进行非线性分析,根据理论分析结果,进行节点试件的加载试验。通过这种理论计算与试验相互验证的方法,深入研究外接式节点的承载能力、破坏形式等力学特性。分析结果表明:该类型钢-混凝土组合节点能够满足工程要求;理论计算结果与试验吻合很好,理论计算可用于指导设计,并且计算结果满足工程精度要求。
With reference to the 1-80m Xi'an-to-Pingliang Railway composite truss engineering project and based on the external-nonlinear analysis of steel-concrete composite nodes, load tests are conducted on specimens of the node according to the analysis result. Using the method of mutual authentication of theoretical calculation and experiment, in-depth studies are carried out on external nodes bearing capacity, failure mode and other mechanical properties. Analysis results show that such type of steel- concrete composite joints are qualified to meet the requirements of the project; theoretical calculation results agree well with the experimental findings, theoretical calculations can be used to guide the design, and calculation results meet the strict requirements of the project.
