摘要
海藻是海洋中最大的植物群,其生物质资源为化纤行业提供了一个巨大的可再生资源宝库。从海藻中提取出的海藻酸经过湿法纺丝后制备的海藻酸盐纤维是一种具有优良生物活性的功能纤维材料,可以与多种金属离子结合后形成富含金属离子的纤维材料,使纤维具有优良的阻燃及屏蔽电磁波的性能。以海藻酸钙纤维为原料制备的针刺和水刺无纺布在与体液接触后通过离子交换形成柔软的凝胶,适用于制备功能性医用敷料、面膜基材、吸湿垫等医用卫生材料,具有很高的应用价值。
Seaweeds are the largest flora in the ocean and their biomass provides a large renewable resource for chemical fiber industry. After being extracted from seaweeds, alginate can be made into a type of functional fiber material with excellent bigactivities through wet spinning process. It can combine with many metal ions to form fiber materials with high concentration of metal ions, enabling the fibers to have flame retardant and magnet- ic wave shielding properties. Needled and spunlaced nonwoven fabrics made from calcium alginate fibers can form soft gel through ion exchange when touching with body fluid. With high application value, it is suited for prepar- ing functional medical materials such as wound dressings, face masks, absorbent pads and so on.
