摘要
为实现食用菌对称式液体接种机高效、精确、自动化接种,运用STEP7—MICRO/WIN软件编程,设计一种以PLC控制器、HMI触摸屏、变频器为核心,配备相应传感器、执行器硬件的全自动对称式液体接种机控制系统。该系统以触摸屏为人机交互界面,对喷射接种过程实施监控,实现液体接种机全自动、高效、稳定运行,极大提高液体接种机的工作效率。样机试验结果表明:在该控制系统工作下,接种效率可达9 000瓶/h以上,接种精度达到99%以上,其他各项作业功能均达到设计要求。
In order to achieve efficient, accurate and automatic inoculation of symmetrical liquid inoculating machine for edible fungus, a new automatic symmetrical liquid inoculating machine control system was designed by integrating PLC, HMI touch screen and in- verter, and equipped with appropriate sensors and actuators with STEP7--MICRO/WlN software for programming. The control sys- tem used touch screen as human-machine interface (HMI) to monitoring the process of inoculating, achieving liquid inoculating machine running automation, effectively and stablely, promoting the work efficiency extremely. Prototype testing showed that under the system controlling, the inoculation efficiency was more than 9 000 bottles/h and the inoculation accuracy was more than 99%. The performance of the design could meet the expected requirements.
