摘要
声触诊组织量化(VTQ)技术是第三代弹性成像技术,位于超声成像领域中的领先地位,它不仅可提供组织内部弹性信息,还可对其进行量化,病灶的性质则可通过软硬度来判断。VTQ技术不仅能够有效鉴别诊断甲状腺结节的性质,同时还可避免对良性病灶进行不必要的活检,而且能够确定最佳的活检部位,在甲状腺疾病的临床诊断中发挥了重要的作用。
Virtual touch quantification( VTQ) is the third generation of elasticity imaging technology,which is in the leading position in the field of ultrasonic imaging. It can not only provide elastic characteristics of information in the tissue,but also realize quantification,and reflect the pathological changes of hardness to determine the nature of the lesion. AVTQ can not only realize differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules effectively,avoid unnecessary biopsies on the benign lesions,but also determine the optimal biopsy site,playing an important role in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
