一种装甲车辆乘员信息处理失误的影响因素分析方法

摘要 为有效地分析乘员信息处理过程中的失误影响因素,采用鱼骨图(Fish Bone Diagram)和层次分析法(AHP)两种方法相结合。用鱼骨图定性地辨识出4个层面16项因素,并将其导入层次分析模型,采用专家打分构造判断矩阵并计算权向量和一致性检验,通过总排序和影响因素等级分别筛选出3个关键因素和3个影响重要因素,为人误预防研究提供一定的参考。 In order to analyze the influential factors of armored vehicle driver errors in information processing, fishbone dia- gram and AHP are used as a combination in this paper. The fishbone diagram is used to qualitatively identify 4 levels of 16 in- fluencing factors. Then the fishbone diagram is imported into the hierarchy model, followed by constructing the judgment matri- ces, calculating weight vectors and checking the consistency. Lastly, three key influencing factors and three important influenc- ing factors of armored vehicle driver errors are identified by total sorting, which lays the foundation for human error prevention.
