摘要
研究目的:构建农村土地整理生态效益评价指标体系并对土地整理的生态效益进行评价。研究方法:以生态效益评价的基础理论和基本原理方法为指导,根据项目的特点构建评价指标体系,选取定性与定量评价指标,利用层次分析法以及GIS工具量化评价指标,对土地整理的生态效益进行分析评价。研究结果:土地整理项目实施后,三个项目的效益总分值均有所提高,总体上生态效益比实施土地整理前要好。研究结论:土地整理的生态效益评价具有很强的系统性、综合性和技术性。加强这方面的研究对更加科学地规划、管理土地整理工作和改善农村生态环境具有非常重要的现实意义。
The purpose of the study is to construct the rural land consolidation evaluation index system of ecological benefit and evaluate ecological benefit of land consolidation. This study uses the basic theory and basic prineiples method of ecological benefit evaluation as a guide, selecting the qualitative and quantitative evalua- tion means, using GIS tools to get value, analysing the ecological evaluation of land arrangement. The results indicate that three items of general benefit score increased after the implementation of the land consolidation, and generally the ecological benefits is better than before. Research shows that the？ evaluation of the ecologi- cal benefits of land consolidation has strong systematic, comprehensive and technical. Strengthen research in this area has very important practical significance on the more scientific planning and management land eonsol- idation , and improving ecological environment of rural land.
