摘要
设计了1套测量单一溶质1,2-丙二醇(PG)水溶液的气液相平衡特性的实验方法,并以常用于检测用途的PID检测仪进行气相浓度的定量测量。重复测量表明PID有良好的精度(RSD=8.27%)。气液平衡实验结果显示,26℃时丙二醇水溶液的气液相平衡曲线在中间溶度偏离理想溶液的平衡曲线;高浓度段用拉乌尔定律推算得到的丙二醇蒸汽压与文献中的数值一致;低浓度段数据推算的亨利常数值虽要高于文献中报道的值,但仍处于同一数量级。这些数据可为涂料中有机挥发物的散发模型提供依据。实验表明PID仪器用于浓度的测量有一定的可靠性,但是更高的测量要求还需要排除湿度的影响。
An experiment was set up to determine the liquid-vapour equilibrium of aqueous solution of propylene glycol (PG). One type of photo ionisation detector (PID) was examined for its reliability in quantifying the gaseous phase concentrations. The repeated measurements of a PG sample showed that the PID device had a reasonable precision (RSD = 8.27%). The liquid-gas equilibrium curve at 26~C deviated from that of an ideal solution in the middle range of mole fractions, whilst the vapour pressure of pure PG deduced from the data at high mole fractions was in agreement with the values found in the reference. The Henry's constant deduced from the equilibrium data at low mole fractions was higher than those found in the literature but still on the same order of magnitude. These results would be useful in developing emission models for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the paint. It has indicated that the PID could be used to measure VOCs concentrations with reasonable reliability. For higher accuracy, however, the influence of humidity should be taken into account.
