摘要
社区矫正作为一项与监禁矫正相较而言更具刑法谦抑性、刑罚人道性、行刑社会化、矫治个别化的司法处遇方式,其价值在很大程度上取决于社区服刑人员个别化矫治方案的合理设计和有效实施。在当前循证矫正由学理研究向实践应用逐渐拓展之际,通过对国内27家司法所106位社区矫正工作者的调研,从循证的角度审视了当前社区矫正实务工作面临的主要困境,继而系统探讨了社区服刑人员个案矫治方案的设计原则、设计内容以及实施建议。
Compared with prison correction,community correction has more tolerance,punishment humanitarian of,criminal socialization,and individualized correction,its value depends largely on the community inmates＇ reasonable design and effective implementation of individualized correction scheme. In the current evidence- based correction expanding from academic research to practical application gradually,based on the domestic 27 judicial offices,106 community correction workers as the research object,and examines the current community correction from the perspective of evidence- based practice work of the main difficulties,and then systematically discusses the design principle of community inmates individual correction scheme,design contents and implementation Suggestions.
