摘要
中海石油天野化工有限责任公司(简称天野)20万t/a甲醇装置,由中国五环科技有限公司设计,中化二建集团有限公司承建。所采用技术均为国产,设备除压缩机为进口外,其余均为国产。自2005年投产以来,粗甲醇精馏工序的预塔、常压塔放空气体未回收,也未排入火炬燃烧,一直在现场排放,对现场环境造成破坏,影响作业员工身体健康,同时对能源造成浪费,不符合国家可持续发展的要求,为此,依托氢回收装置去转化大烧的尾气,带动抽气器,送入转化燃烧。
CNOOC Tianye Chemical Co.,Ltd.(referred Amano)200 000t/a methanol plant,built by China Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.designs rings,Sinochem Second Construction Group Limited.Technology are used in domestic and imported equipment in addition to the compressor,the rest are domestic.Since 2005 production,the pre-column distillation process of crude methanol,atmospheric tower blowdown gas is not recovered,nor into the torch burning,has been the scene emissions,on-site environmental damage,affecting the health of operations staff,while energy wasteful,does not meet the requirements of national sustainable development,therefore,rely on transforming a large burn hydrogen recovery unit tail gas,driven aspirator,transformed into combustion.
