摘要
建国以来,随着我国的水域交通快速发展,不论是港口码头的建设规划,还是港口码头的管理模式,都发生了巨大变化,水域交通运力得到快速增长,进一步凸显了港口对国民经济的支撑作用,为我国经济持续、快速、健康发展做出了积极贡献。尤其是近十几年来,国际贸易货物吞吐量持续保持高速增长。随着全球经济一体化的进程,港口协同化发展,也已经成为水域交通发展的历史必然,带动了包括港口规划建设、人才、技术、设备等诸多要素市场的深刻变革。
since the founding of China, with the rapid development of water transport in China, whether it is the construction plan of the port, or the port terminal management mode, has changed greatly, the water transport capacity has been rapid growth, further highlights the role of the port to the national economy, for the sustained, rapid and healthy development of China＇s economy has made a positive contribution. Especially in the last ten years, the throughput of the international trade goods continues to maintain high growth. With the process of global economic integration, the development of port coordination has become the historical necessity of the development of water transport, which has led to the profound changes in the market of many factors, such as port planning and construction, personnel, technology,equipment and so on.
