摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合芪参益气滴丸治疗老年冠心病合并慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法将2012年1月至2014年12月诊断为冠心病合并慢性肾功能不全的老年患者80例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,对照组在常规治疗基础上口服阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用芪参益气滴丸治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效及血脂指标、肾功能指标、心绞痛发作次数。结果治疗3个疗程后观察组的疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的总胆固醇(Tc)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及心绞痛发作次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的Tc、LDL-C、SCr、BUN、UAER及心绞痛发作次数等指标均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05或0.01);治疗后观察组的Tc、LDL-C、SCr、BUN、UAER及心绞痛发作次数等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合芪参益气滴丸治疗老年冠心病合并肾功能不全疗效优于阿托伐他汀,可更好地降低患者的血脂水平,降低肾功能相关指标,减少心绞痛的发作次数。
Objective To explore efficacy of atorvastatin calcium combined with Qishenyiqi dripping pills in the senile patients with coronary heart disease with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods 80 senile patients who diagnosed with coronary heart disease and chronic renal insufficiency from January,2012 to December,2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given oral atorvastatin calcium based on routine treatment,and the observation group were added Qishenyiqi dripping pills in the basis of the control group.Then,curative effects,indexes of blood lipids and renal functions as well as angina pectoris attacks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After three courses of treatment,the efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of total cholesterol（ TC）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（ LDL-C）,serum creatinine（ SCr）,serum urea nitrogen（ BUN）,urinary albumin ejection rate（ UAER） and angina pectoris attacks before treatment between the two groups（ P〉0.05）.After treatment,however,indexes of Tc,LDL-C,SCr,BUN,UAER and angina pectoris attacks of the two groups were lower than those before treatment（ P〈0.05 or 0.01）.And the above-mentioned indexes in the observation group were better than those of the control group（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with Qishenyiqi dripping pills for the senile patients with coronary heart disease with chronic renal insufficiency has better curative effects than single use of atorvastatin calcium,it can better reduce patients’ blood lipid levels,clinical factors correlated with renal function and angina pectoris attacks.
