摘要
中山大学附属第一医院采用符合国际标准的HIE技术方案,构建具有互操作性的网络医院平台。不仅实现了院内多个业务系统之间的互联互通与互操作,全面整合了院内各系统的临床、业务数据,还搭建起院内外各系统之间数据交互的桥梁,使完整的业务与数据可以实时准确地应用于移动终端。基于平台提供的数据交互功能及互操作性,可轻松实现移动预约、移动报告查询、移动查房等互联网+的医疗应用服务。
The first affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university adopted the HIE technology framework compliant with the international standards, to construct a networked hospital platform with interloper ability. It not only realized the interconnectivity and interoperability among multiple application systems in the hospital, comprehensive integration of clinical and business data in different systems, but also built up the data interactive bridge between systems inside and outside the hospital. The platform makes sure that the integrated business and medical data can be applied accurately and in real-time to the mobile devices. Based on the data interaction and interloper ability enabled by the platform, mHealth applications such as appointment making, query of medical reports, ward-round are all realized and potentially expanded to other Internet plus applications.
