摘要
目的观察使用加减小柴胡汤治疗神经性厌食症的临床疗效,以期为《伤寒论》中述"但见一症"治疗神经性厌食症提供客观的依据。方法陈伟刚教授在临床中积极探索,认为少阳病中可有神志、行为和消化道异常症状,以小柴胡汤为主方加减治疗以表里失和、营卫不谐、阴阳失衡、气血不调病机为主的神经性厌食症。结果加减小柴胡汤治疗神经性厌食症,其临床疗效显著。结论小柴胡汤但见一症,不必息具,临床用方重在灵活化裁,临床用加减小柴胡汤治疗神经性厌食症疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of anorexia nervosa, in order to provide objective basis for ＂only one symptom＂ mentioned in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases in the treatment of anorexia nervosa. Methods Professor Chen Weigang made active exploration in the clinical practice, thought that shaoyang disease can have abnormalities of consciousness, behavior and the digestive tract, and used modified Xiaochaihu decoction to treat anorexia nervosa of incoordination between superficies and interior, disharmony of yingfen and weifen, imbalance of yin and yang and disharmony of qi and blood. Results The modified Xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of anorexia nervosa had significant clinical curative effect. Conclusion we didn＇ t have to stick to specific symptoms. Clinical medicine is flexible. Clinical application of Xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of anorexia nervosa has significant effect.
