摘要
结合时代背景、学科背景,对邱均平教授的新作《知识计量学》进行全面介绍与评价,认为《知识计量学》是适应知识社会与计量学发展需要的创新之作;是继承与发展"三计学"与网络计量学,并融合经济计量学的扛鼎之作;国内首部从理论、方法、工具、应用和实证方面研究知识计量问题的开创性巨著。
Combining the historical background and discipline background, this paper carries on a comprehensive introduction and evaluation on the new book ＂Knowmetries＂ of professor Qiu Junping. The paper believes that ＂Knowmetries＂ is an innovation work to adapt to the needs of the development of knowledge society and metrology. The ＂Knowmetrics＂ is the inheritance and devel- opment of ＂three meter＂ and webmetrics as well as the fusion of econometrics. The ＂Knowmetrics＂ is the pioneering work to re- search on the issues of knowmetrics from the perspectives of theory, method, tools, applications and demonstration.
