摘要
观察1例脑出血术后伴意识障碍患者并发肠梗阻及感染,通过针刺治疗患者规律排便病情稳定。故讨论中医肺与大肠相表里的中西医机理及针刺治疗可介入到危急重症治疗中,辅助现代医学共同治疗疾病。
Objective One case of patient with postoperative disturbance of consciousness of cerebral hemorrhage complicated by septic shock and intestinal obstruction was observed. Through acupuncture therapy, patient had regular defecation and stable condition. Therefore, the integrated medicine mechanism of lung and large intestine in traditional Chinese medicine was discussed. Acupuncture therapy can be intervened to critical intensive care, and assists modern medicine to treat diseases in common.
