摘要
探讨三维编织自动增减纱携纱器的设计。分析了当前携纱器的现状,设计了一种无线控制、自动化的增减纱携纱器。介绍了增减纱装置的结构设计和工作原理,对携纱器的工程可用性进行了分析。利用塑性金属易于变形的性质,根据接收到的指令将副纱线"附着"于主纱线上,或将其从主纱线上"切除",达到改变参与编织纱线束数量的效果。认为:该携纱器能够在不改变携纱器数量和编织规律的情况下实现变截面预制件的编织,大大减少人工参与,提高了编织机的自动化水平,适用范围广,增减纱效果明显。
Design of automatic increase or decrease yarn carrier for three dimensional [)raiding was discussed. Current yarn carrier situation is analyzed. ()ne kind of increase or decrease yarn carrier with wireless control and automation was designed. The structure design and working principle of yarn increase or decrease device was in- troduced. The engineering availability of yarn carrier was analyzed. The effect of changing yarn quantity during braiding was obtained based on the received command for the dcputy yarn to adhere to the main yarn or be cut from main yarn by using the distortional property of plastic metal. It is considered that the yarn carrier c^m realize the braiding of preformed unit with variable cross-section without changing the carrier quantity and braiding prin- ciple. The participation of labor is greatly reduced. The automation level of braiding machine is improved. The ap- plication range is wider. Moreover,the yarn increase or decrease effect is more obvious.
