氢氧化钠对仪纶性能和形态变化的影响

摘要 仪纶纤维是一种新型的聚酯/聚酰胺共聚纤维。研究了碱处理条件(碱质量浓度、处理时间和温度)对仪纶纤维减量率及断裂强度的影响;采用扫描电镜和元素分析法观察纤维的表观形态并测定氮元素含量。结果表明:Na OH质量浓度从5 g/L增至80 g/L,90℃处理60 min,仪纶减量率从1.6%升至97.0%;Na OH质量浓度由5 g/L增至40 g/L时,仪纶的断裂强度保留率由90.0%降为35.8%;Na OH质量浓度超过40 g/L,已无法进行断裂强度的测定。当Na OH质量浓度高于30 g/L时,仪纶纤维表面呈现明显损伤,纤维中氮元素含量不随纤维失重的增大而变化。 YILON fiber is a new type of polyester/polyamide copolymer fiber. The effects of the alkali treatment conditions (including alkali concentration, treatment time and temperature) on the weight loss percentage and breaking strength of YILON fiber is studied. The morphology and nitrogen content of the fibers are investigated using scanning electron microscope and elemental analyzer. The results show that the weight loss percentage of YILON fiber is from 1.6% to 97% with NaOH concentration increased from 5 to 80 g/L at 90 ℃ for 60 min. The breaking strength of YILON fiber decreases from 90% to 35.8% with NaOH concentration increased from 5 to 40 g/L. The tensile strength cannot be measured when NaOH concentration is above 40 g/L. When NaOH concentration is above 30 g/L, the surface of YILON fiber shows significant damage. Nitrogen content of the fibers does not change with the weight loss of fiber.
