摘要
文章介绍了交流传动内燃机车在轨道信号系统干扰试验过程中存在的兼容性问题及机车轨道电流与信号系统的兼容要求,分析了机车轨道干扰电流形成机制及影响因素,提出了降低机车信号兼容过程中轨道干扰电流的具体措施,包括牵引变流器的逆变控制策略和主传动系统控制方式的改变及增加牵引电动机屏蔽等。这些改进措施的实施使得信号干扰问题得到解决。
It described the compatibility problems of AC drive diesel locomotives in the process of track signal system interference test. The compatibility requirements between locomotive track current and signal system were introduced and the forming mechanism of the locomotive track interference current and the influencing factors were analyzed. The improvement methods were also presented, such as the control strategy of traction converter;the control mode of the drive system and the shielding increment of the traction motor to reduce the track interference current in the process of locomotive signal compatibility. The improved methods were proved effectively which could solve the signal interference problems.
