摘要 针对老旧水厂出水水质不稳定的问题及现有水厂升级改造的必然态势,以实际水厂改造方案为案例,对浸没式超滤膜系统的设计与应用进行详细阐述,总结出该改造工程具有流程短、通量小、占地面积小等特点。最后结合实际运行情况,对设计中包括设计通量、单格膜池规模和尺寸等的关键性参数及产水形式等关键问题进行分析探讨,为该技术用于水厂的升级改造提供技术参考与设计运行经验。 quality grading Most of the old drinking water treatment plants are challenged by the instable water currently, and thus upgrading of them is of urgency to guarantee the public safety. Taking the up- scheme of a waterworks as an example, the design and application of submerged uhrafihration membrane system were elaborated, and the characteristics of this project, including short process, small flux and small footprint were summed up. Based on the practical operation, the important parameters in- cluding design flux and scale and size of a single tank, and vital points such as the manner of water pro- duction in the design were analyzed and discussed to provide technical reference and design experience for application of the technology to upgrading of drinking water treatment plants.
