中西医结合治疗脾虚湿困型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征30例 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗脾虚湿困型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床效果。方法:选取本院2012年6—12月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,在指导患者减肥、控制饮食、适当运动、侧卧睡眠等生活指导的基础上采用持续正压通气治疗,改善患者睡眠结构,纠正夜间低通气低氧血症。观察组在对照组的基础上加用化痰祛瘀开窍汤加减治疗。结果:观察组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率86.7%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脾虚湿困型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效确切。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine on obstructive sleepapnea-hypopnea syndrome( OSAHS) of splenasthenic hygrosis type. Methods: Sixty patients with OSAHS who were treated in our hospital between June of 2012 and Dec. of 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine symptomatic treatment,for example,continuous positive airway pressure treatment was adopted to improve the patients' sleep structure and correct low ventilation hypoxemia at night based on life guidance including losing weight,controlling diet,proper exercise,sleeping on one side,etc.,while the ones in the observation group were added Huatan Quyu Kaiqiao Variant Decoction( HTQYKQVD) based on the treatment of the control group. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 96. 7%,while that of the control group was 86. 7%,and the observation group was better than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Therapy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine has the precise clinical curative effect on OSAHS of splenasthenic hygrosis type.
