摘要
目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选取寻常型银屑病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组完成37例,脱落3例;对照组完成39例。对照组给予NB-UVB照射、外涂复方氟米松软膏治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用疏风解毒胶囊口服治疗。结果:治疗后观察组PASI评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为94.6%,对照组有效率为71.8%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Wind-Dispersing and Toxin-Eliminating Capsules on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods： 80 cases with psoriasis vulgaris were selected and randomized into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. 37 cases in observation group completed the experiment and 3 cases shed off; 39 cases in control group completed.Control group were given NB-UVB lighting and external application of Compound Flumetasone Ointment. Observation group were added with Wind-Dispersing and Toxin-Eliminating Capsules. Results： The PASI score of observation group was better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of observation group（ 94. 6%） was better than that of control group（ 71. 8%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Wind-Dispersing and Toxin-Eliminating Capsules have definite therapeutic effects on psoriasis vulgaris.
