摘要
目的:观察丹栀逍遥散加减治疗肝气郁结型尿道综合征的临床效果。方法:选取肝气郁结型尿道综合征患者92例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予谷维素、托特罗定口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗。结果:对照组有效率为80.44%,观察组有效率为91.3%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FSH、E2水平及QOL评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尿频尿急、尿痛、小腹酸痛、耻骨后压迫感评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥散加减治疗肝气郁结型尿道综合征临床效果显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Dan Zhi Xiaoyao Variant Powder（ DZXYVP） on urethral syndrome of hepatic stagnation type. Methods： Ninety-two patients with urethral syndrome of hepatic stagnation type were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given oryzanol and tottenham for oral administration,while the ones in the observation group were added DZXYVP based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 80. 44%,while that of the observation group was91. 3%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,FSH level,E2 level and QOL score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. And its frequent urination urgency,urinary pain,stomach pain and the score of the retropubic bone pressure feeling were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： DZXYVP has the remarkable clinical curative effect on urethral syndrome of hepatic stagnation type.
