摘要
为研究于桥水库群落结构及其环境影响因子,于2013年5月(春季)、8月(夏季)、10月(秋季)分别对于桥水库的浮游植物及水质进行了同步监测调查,并应用冗余分析(RDA)建立了浮游植物丰度与水环境因子的关系。结果表明,于桥水库处于中-富营养水平。浮游植物共计7门94种(属),以绿藻、硅藻、蓝藻为主。优势种主要为四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda)、单角盘星藻(Pediastrum simplex)、水华微囊藻(Microcystis flos-aquae)和梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana)。浮游植物丰度范围在43.14×10~4~330.59×10~4cells/L之间,生物量范围在0.35~2.60 mg/L之间。浮游植物群落结构存在季节差异,春季以金、硅藻为主,夏、秋季以蓝、绿藻为主。夏、秋季浮游植物丰度、生物量高于春季,应防控于桥水库夏、秋季蓝、绿藻水华的爆发。RDA结果表明,水温、总氮是影响于桥水库浮游植物丰度变化的主要环境因子。
In order to study the community characteristics of phytoplankton in Yuqiao Reservoir and affecting environmental factors, from May to October 2013, the phytoplankton community structure and water quality were investigated, relationships between phytoplankton community and environmental factors were established based on redundancy analysis(RDA). Results indicate that the trophic state of the Reservoir is in the middle of mesotrophic and eutrophic level. Total 94 phytoplankton species were indentified, which were mainly composed by Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyceae and Cyanophyta. Scenedesmus quadricauda, Pediastrum simplex, Microcystis flos-aquae and Cyclotella meneghiniana were dominated species. The phytoplankton abundance ranged from 43.14 ×10~4 cells/L to 330.59 ×10~4 cells/L, and biomass varied from 0.35 mg/L to 2.60mg/L. The phytoplankton community structure exhibited significant seasonal distribution variations, the main contributor of phytoplankton abundance and biomass were Chrysophyta and Bacillariophyceae in spring, while Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta in summer and autumn. The phytoplankton abundance and biomass were higher in summer and autumn than in spring.According to RDA, water temperature and total nitrogen were main factors affecting the phytoplankton community.
