摘要
自媒体时代,政府在话语权的整合、管理、主导、协调等方面面临新的挑战。面对话语权危机,政府应在依法治国理念下,完善相关立法,实现依法治网,积极改革发声机制,加大政府信息公开力度,引导网络舆论,增强话语主导性和公正性,实现话语权的重构。
We media has been increasing the pressure on the integration,management,guidance and coordination of government＇s language power.Facing with crisis of language power,governments should complete legislation frame to govern the Internet,innovate the system of announcement and strengthen the efforts of information disclosure to guide the network consensus based on ruling by law,and then realize the dominance and equity to reconstitute the language power.
