摘要
目的:研究痰热清方中其他药味对黄芩苷药动学过程的影响,从药动学的角度阐明该方配伍机制。方法:将痰热清方按药物配伍理论进行拆方,分为君药组、君臣组、君佐组、君使组及全方组,大鼠分别灌胃给予各受试组药物,于24 h内不同时间点采集血浆样品,HPLC测定血浆中黄芩苷的浓度,绘制药时曲线,用DAS软件将所得数据进行分析处理。结果:全方组能显著促进黄芩苷的吸收,AUC0~24h较其余各组显著增加(P〈0.05),君臣组与君佐组较君药组黄芩苷的消除减缓,AUC0~24h有所增加但不显著,君使组黄芩苷的吸收及消除均没有显著变化。结论:痰热清全方配伍可显著促进黄芩苷的吸收,方中其他药味对黄芩苷的吸收和消除具有不同程度的影响。
Objective: To clarify the mechanism of compatibility of Tanreqing prescription and the effects of drug compatibility of Tanreqing on the pharmacokinetics of baicalin in rats. Methods: The herbs in Tanreqing were divided into five groups [Jun( emperor),Jun-Chen( emperor-minister),Jun-Zuo( emperor-adjuvant),Jun-Shi( emperor-courier),Quanfang( full prescription) ]according to the theory of compatibility. The decocation of every group was administered intragastrically to rats. Plasma was collected at different time points within 24 h,and the concentration of baicalin was determined with HPLC. Results: The AUC0 ~ 24 hof baicalin in the full prescription group was significantly higher( P 〈0. 05) than those in the other groups. The elimination rates of baicalin in the Jun-Chen and Jun-Zuo groups were slower than that in the Jun group. Conclusion: The other components in Tanreqing prescription can promote the absorption of baicalin significantly. Each herb in the prescription has different influence on the absorption and elimination of baicalin.
