摘要
介绍了聚氨酯材料光老化的机理,并对紫外线吸收剂(UV-P,UV-328,UV-B-97、UV-B-75等)、光稳定剂、HALS(受阻胺光稳定剂)和抗氧剂(BHT,抗氧剂Chinox 30 N,1135,抗氧剂PUR67,抗氧剂PUR68等)提高聚氨酯的抗光老化性能研究进行了综述,可以看出,组合使用某些稳定剂可得到最好的效果。
The light aging mechani.sm of polyurethane ( PU ) exposed to daylight was introduced. The researches for some uitiaviolet absorbebers ( UV-P, UV - 328, UV-B - 97, UV-B - 75 ), hindered amine hght stabilizer(HALS) , antioxidants ( BHT, Chinox 30 N, 1135, Irgastab PUR 68, Irgastab PUR 67 ) on improving light aging resistance property of PU were reviewed. The results indicated that combined use some stabilizers together have the best effect on light stabilization.
