摘要
日本自卫队海外派遣问题历来是中外学术界研究的焦点之一。国内对于日本自卫队参加维和行动的研究从上个世纪90年代初开始得到重视,受日本参加波斯湾水雷排除行动、《和平合作法》的公布以及随后日本向柬埔寨派遣自卫队等事件的影响而展开。关于这支在第二次世界大战结束后组建的武装力量,无论从军事、国际关系、经济、司法制度还是历史文化等角度,不同领域的学者均持有独特的研究思路。对学界相关研究进行归纳后再作总结与分析,不仅可以充实我们对自卫队问题乃至日本未来走向的了解,而且也可以通过研究日本的PKO行动为我国的维和行动提供重要的借鉴和参考。
The overseas deployment problem on Japan Self-Defense Forces has always been one of the focuses of Chinese and foreign academic research. China began to give importance to the research on SDF participation in peacekeeping operations from the early 90 s of last century, and then launched a series of actions following the three events： Japan＇s participation in the Persian Gulf ruled out mine action; Announcement of ＂peaceful cooperation law＂ and Japan＇s dispatch of Self-Defense Forces to Cambodia. About this armed forces formed after World War II, Scholars in different fields of study are in possession of unique ideas in terms of military, international relations, economics, history and culture. Summarizing and analyzing after inducing the related research in the academic field can not only enrich our understanding of the self- defense forces and the future direction of Japan but also provide an important reference for China＇s peacekeeping operations by studying Japan＇s PKO Action.
