青岛地铁超浅埋段爆破振动监测数据特征研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了更好地掌握超浅隧道爆破振动规律,以青岛地铁太延区间超浅埋隧道爆破振动为例进行了研究。在地表7层建筑物各层相同位置布置测振仪对爆破振速进行实时全面监测,通过对掏槽眼、辅助眼、周边眼爆破时单段最大起爆药量与实测振速关系的回归拟合,发现此隧道的爆破振动规律并不符合一般埋深隧道适用的萨道夫斯基公式,据此提出了临空自由面影响系数,得到了萨道夫斯基计算公式的修正拟合系数。修正后的萨道夫斯基公式可更好地反映3类炮眼爆破的实际振速衰减规律,该规律可为城市地铁类似隧道的爆破施工提供参考依据。 In order to better understand the blasting vibration mechanism in the ultra- shallow buried tunnel,the study was conducted by taking the blasting vibration of the ultra- shallow buried tunnel in the Tai- Yan section of Qingdao metro as example. The blasting vibration velocities were monitored in real time and comprehensively by arranging vibration meters in the same position of each floor in a 7 story building on the surface. Through regression fitting on the relationship between the maximum initiating charge in single section and the measured vibration velocity for blasting in cutholes,auxiliary holes and surrounding holes,it was found that the vibration velocity law of the tunnel didn't agree with the Sadov's formula which had been widely used for most buried tunnels. So an influence coefficient of free surface was put forward,and the modification fitting coefficient of Sadov's formula was obtained.The modified Sadov's formula can better reflect the real attenuation laws of vibration velocity for blasting in three types of holes,and it can provide reference basis for the blasting construction in similar tunnels of urban metro.
