摘要 本文基于意义建构理论分析了企业社会责任的驱动因素,建立了企业社会责任驱动因素的理论框架,并运用单案例研究方法,以壳牌石油的企业社会责任实践为例,对该理论框架进行探索性研究,尝试为推动企业社会责任实践和管理的发展提供案例借鉴。 This paper analyzes the driving factors and constructs the theoretical framework of driving factors of corporate social responsibility(CSR)based on sensemaking theory.It uses a single case study of Shell to have an exploratory analysis of the theoretical framework,which can be used to promote the development of CSR practice management.
