摘要
由于部分高校对军训的重要性认识不够,实践中落实不到位,导致军训在高校人才培养中的重要作用没有得到充分发挥。新时期,对高校军训工作提出了新的更高要求。认为加强和改进高校军训工作,需要从以下6个方面进行努力:上下齐抓共管,做到"四个结合";选聘优秀教官,确保教学质量;对照教学大纲,强化军事训练;加强安全防范,增强国防意识;落实军训经费,强化后勤保障;加强宣传工作,做好舆论引导。
Due to the lack of awareness of the importance of military training and failure in its practice in some colleges and universities,the important role of military training in the university personnel training has not been fully played. In the new period,newer and higher requirements have been put forward for the military training in colleges universities. To strengthen and improve the work of military training in colleges universities,efforts are to be made in the following six aspects： co-administering by relevant functional departments and implementing ＂four combinations＂; hiring outstanding instructors to ensure the quality of teaching; strengthening military training in accordance with the requirements of the syllabus; strengthening security and enhancing national defense awareness; providing training funds to strengthen the logistics support; strengthening propaganda work and doing a good job in the guidance of public opinion.
