摘要
运用文献综述、逻辑分析的方法,从体育文化视角,对瑜伽成为当下我国流行健身项目这种体育现象的原因进行解析,指出:瑜伽自身特质、传播条件和路径与中国对外来体育文化的需要形成对接,构成了外来体育文化在中国传播的现实。通过参与人群、场地、习练方式等揭示当下"中国式"瑜伽的特点及本土化发展特征;通过习练理念、目的、审美观等方面透视当下我国流行健身项目的特点。建议加强内涵研究,兼收并蓄、在实践习练中参悟、充实,促进流行健身项目可持续发展;吸收瑜伽传播的经验,为我国民族传统体育传播提供借鉴。
Using the methods of literature reviews and logical analysis,this paper analyzes,from the perspective of physical culture,the reasons for the popularity of yoga in China. The popularization of Yoga lies in its own characteristics,favorable communication conditions and channels,which answer the desire in China for foreign physical culture. The paper reveals the manner in which Yoga is localized in China by looking at participants,venues and ways of practice,and uncovers the characteristics of popular fitness exercises in terms of perceptions,objectives and aesthetic aspects of Yoga practicing. In order for popular fitness exercises to develop in a sustainable manner,further indepth research and eclectic practice are necessary. The successful spreading of Yoga in China provides valuable information for the dissemination of traditional Chinese sports.
