摘要
采用毛细流变仪对不同磷含量阻燃PET的流变性能进行探讨,并与常规PET切片的流变性能进行了比较。结果表明,阻燃PET的表观粘度比常规PET低,非牛顿指数n高于常规PET,黏流活化能高于常规样品,阻燃PET纺丝过程的温度控制要求也高于常规PET。
The rheological behavior of different phosphorus-containing flame-retardant PET was studied with capillary rheometer,and compared with conventional PET.The results showed that the apparent viscosity of flame retardant PET was lower than conventional PET.The Non-Newtonian index was higher than conventional PET.The viscous flow activation energy of flame retardant PET was higher than that of conventional sample,and the temperature control requirements of its spinning process also should be stricter than the conventional PET.
