摘要
开展职业忠诚教育是建设现代社会的必然要求,也是高职院校教育的题中之义。目前高职院校职业忠诚教育工作存在教育理念狭隘、教育内容片面、教育环境闭塞和教育形式单一等问题。唯有创新职业忠诚教育理念,拓宽职业忠诚教育内容,改革职业忠诚教育方式,进一步突出职业忠诚教育主体,优化职业忠诚教育环境,方能走出困境,提高实效。
To carry out professional loyalty education is the inevitable requirement for the construction of modern society, and is also one of characteristics of higher vocational education. Problems exist in professional loyalty education of higher vocational colleges, such as narrow education concept, one-sided education content, occlusive education environment and single education form. To solve these problems and improve the effectiveness of professional loyalty education, it is essential to innovate education concept, broaden education contents, reform education form, further highlight education subject and optimize education environment.
