摘要
通过总结国内3D打印技术产业化问题,探究3D打印技术行业所亟需的技术型人才、应用型人才以及商业型人才在产业链中的具体角色与要求,从职业教育视角分析目前3D打印技术行业的应用型人才需求困境。借鉴美国、德国职业教育经验,提出教学平台共建、高校师资培训、科技成果转化、校园科技活动、就业促进工程,构建"五位一体"3D打印技术产业应用型人才培养模式。
The article clarifies the relationship between industrialization problems through summarizing the domestic 3D printing technology industry industrialization problems, explores the specific role and requirement of the technical talents, applied talents and the commercial talents in the industry chain of 3D printing technology. And in terms of the vocational education article analyses the dilemma of application talent demand in the current 3D printing technology industry. Drawing on the experience of American and German vocational education experience, it promotes the "five-in-one" 3D printing technology industry application-oriented talents cultivation mode which contains teaching platform construction, university teachers training, commercialization of research findings, campus science and technology activities, employment promotion projects and the 3D printing industrial technology alliance.
