摘要
随着兵团城镇化进程的快速推进,团场职工土地被大量征用,原有的承包经营权正逐步丧失,在就业资本不足和自身技能欠缺的情况下,失地职工(指失去土地承包经营权和使用权的团场职工)的再就业问题俨然成为了一个社会问题。在对兵团第六师所辖的三个团场实地调研的基础上,运用二元Logistic模型对失地职工再就业的影响因素进行计量分析。结果表明:文化程度、赔偿金的使用方式、居住地到城镇的距离等因素对失地职工再就业有显著的正向影响;年龄和就业预期对失地职工再就业有负向影响。基于上述结论,从加强自主创业的政策支持、加大再就业的培训力度,以及创造适合六师特点的就业机会3个方面提出了建议。
With the rapid advance of corps urbanization process, regimental farm workers＇ lands are expropriated in large quantities, and original contractual management rights are gradually losing. Under the condition of inadequate employment ability and insufficient skills, the re-employment of landless workers（regimental farm workers who lose the contractual management right and the right of use） has become a social problem. On the basis of field investigation of Corps Sixth Division＇s three regimental farms, the study analyzed influencing factors of the re-employment of landless workers with binary logistic model. The results showed that factors such as education level, the way of using compensation and the distance from the residence to the town had significant positive effects on the re-employment of landless workers, while age and employment expectation had negative effects. Based on above-mentioned conclusions, suggestions were put forward from three aspects as follows： providing policy support of self-employment, enhancing the re-employment training and combining with the characteristics of Corps Sixth Division, and creating employment opportunities.
