摘要
以竹笋为原料,分析固液比、温度、时间、硫酸铵浓度对提取竹笋胰蛋白酶抑制剂的影响。提取竹笋胰蛋白酶抑制剂的方法为:在固液比为1∶2,温度为75℃,反应时间是5 min,硫酸铵浓度为650 g/L。按照这个条件提取结果蛋白含量为15.54μg/μL。
Using bamboo shoot as raw material, effects of ammonium sulfate concentration, extraction temperature, ratio of solid to liquid and extraction time on yield of bamboo shoot trypsin inhibitor were analyzed. The conditions of alkali extraction were as follows: solid and liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 2, extraction temperature 75 ℃, extraction time 5 min, ammonium sulfate concentration 650 g/L. Under that condition, the content of protein reached 15.54 μg/μL.
