摘要 首秦公司不同钢种冶炼工艺路线均经钢包炉(LF),降低LF炉吨钢电耗对于炼钢生产成本降低具有一定作用。通过对LF炉钢包全程自动加盖工艺实施,使钢水温降过大的问题得到控制,与此同时,开展了出钢渣洗、顶渣改质、埋弧操作以及升温模式的工艺优化,LF炉吨钢电耗降低12.84kWh,吨钢成本降低6.68元。 All kinds of steel grades produced in the Steelmaking Plant of Shouqin Company go through ladle refining furnace(LF).Reducing the power consumption per ton steel in LF refining process plays a role in cutting down the cost in the steelmaking process.By implementing the automatic ladle capping equipment on the LF through the whole refining process,the problem with the steel temperature dropping too much in the process was under control.At the same time,by carrying out the optimization for the slag washing,top slag modification,the submerged arc operation and heating mode in the process,the power consumption per ton of steel in LF refining was reduced12.84 kWh and the steelmaking cost was cut down 6.68 yuan per ton steel.
