摘要
从乌鲁木齐市达坂城区白杨沟村采集的哈萨克族牧民自制酸驼乳中分离得到1株酵母菌株,采用传统形态学及生理生化特性研究进行初步鉴定后,送中国科学院微生物研究所进行DNA鉴定,结果为胶红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa),并对其应用价值进行了探讨。
A yeast strain is isolated from Kazak herdsmen homemade Shubat(sour camel milk) in Urumqi Dabancheng District Poplar Ditch village. After the preliminary identification of morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and the final DNA identification in Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Microbiology, it is Rhodotorula mucilaginosa.
