摘要
在适当工艺条件下,通过高频感应钉焊方法,以Ni-Cr合金作为钉料,在钢基体上钎焊镀钛金刚石与无镀层金刚石。微观分析发现,在钎焊镀钛金刚石表面生成规则致密的Cr-C化合物,而钎焊无镀层金刚石表面只生成少量疏松无序的Cr-C化合物。通过进一步设计试验表明,这足因为Ti改变了钎焊后金刚石表面碳化物形成机制。钎焊金刚石的表面形念影响钎焊后金刚石一钎料界面微观结构,使金刚石磨粒损耗形式大为不同,进而影响被加工材料表面质量。AZ63镁合金被切割30 m后截面形貌可显示,用钎焊镀钛金刚石锯片切割后的表面比钎焊无镀层金刚石锯片更光滑。
The Ti-coated diamond and the uncoated diamond were brazed with Ni-Cr alloy by high-frequency induction brazing under appropriate technological conditions.It was found that Cr-carbides formed normally and compactly on the surface of brazed Ti-eoated diamond,while Cr-carbide formed tangentially and loosely on the surface of uncoated diamond brazed by microanalysis.The cause of the above phenomenon was that Ti changes the mechanism of Cr-carbides forming on the surface of brazed diamond.The superficial performance of diamonds can affect the interface microstructure between diamond and brazed interface,which can affect the surface qualities in cutting materials.The cutting of AZ63 magnesium alloy plate showed that the section appearance cut by Ti-coated diamond saw is much smoother than that by uncoated diamond saw after cutting 30 meters.
