摘要
研究了一种以煤为骨料的相似材料制成的模拟煤壁,该模拟煤壁由煤、水泥和减水剂混合而成,坚固性系数与煤炭基本一致,具备煤的层理和节理结构。该模拟煤壁可用于刨煤机、采煤机工作面成套设备的可靠性试验研究;用于成套设备关键零部件在不同载荷情况下静力学、动力学试验研究;用于薄煤层、综采开采工艺的地面模拟试验研究等。该模拟煤壁为提升采煤工作面成套设备的整机性能提供了试验平台。
Study on a simulation call wall of similar material aggregate with coal. The simulation call wall consists of coal, cement and water reducing agent. The protodyakonov's coefficient is.basically consistent with the coal and with coal beddings and joints structure. This simulation call wail can be used for study on reliability of complete equipments in plough and shearer working face; study on key components under different load statics, dynamics; study on the ground simulation test of the thin coal seam face and fully mechanized mining technique. This simulation call wall provided experimental platform for Complete equipments used in coal mine working face.
