基于顾客的物流服务差异化战略探讨

摘要 不同顾客对物流服务水平的要求是不一样的,有的顾客需要高水准的物流服务,比如小批量、高频率的送货,以缩短滞留时间,提高装载效率严格的质量控制,高质量的供应品,无检查进货,以减少进货检查带来的成本与供应商。
