国际油价低迷背景下美国能源政策新取向研究被引量：3

摘要奥巴马上台后实施的新能源政策是建立在经济危机后油价持续走高的背景下的,而2014年下半年开始,国际原油价格走低,美国新能源政策目标受到冲击,美国作为能源大国,油价对其影响颇深,能源政策的走向必须进行调整以适应新的国际环境。文章分析美国能源政策的影响因素,以及其在油价低迷状态下所受冲击和新的走向,美国能源政策的变动对中国能源供给的潜在影响,对把握国际能源新局势,掌握国际能源新动态有极大的帮助。
