摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑在Ⅱ型精神分裂症的治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的60例Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者为研究对象,使用随机数字列表将其分为研究组和对照组两组,每组30例。对照组患者给予利培酮进行治疗,研究组患者给予阿立哌唑进行治疗,治疗6周,观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果研究组与对照组临床疗效对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应中锥体外系反应和体质量增加反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用阿立哌唑对Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者进行治疗,可以取得良好的临床疗效,并且锥体外系反应少,患者体质量变化少,安全性也比较高,非常值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of aripiprazole in type Ⅱschizophrenia： therapy. Methods Our hospital in January 2013 to January 2014 treated 60 patients with type Ⅱ schizophrenic patients as research subjects, using a random list Of numbers divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each. In the control group were treated with risperidone treatment, the study group were treated with aripiprazole treatment, 6 weeks of treatment, both groups of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Result The comparison of the clinical efficacy of the study group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; adverse reactions in the study group extrapyramidal reactions and weight gain was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By using aripiprazole in patients with type Ⅱ schizophrenia treatment, can achieve good clinical efficacy and extrapyramidal reactions, patients weighing less change, security is relatively high, very worthwhile in clinical practice.
