摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定阿司匹林肠溶片中阿司匹林的含量。方法采用Dikma Technologies DiamonsilTMC，8（Sum，250×4．6mm）色谱柱；水-甲醇-1％冰醋酸溶液（50：49：1）为流动相；检测波长为280nm；流速为1．0mL／min；进样量为20uL。结果阿司匹林浓度在50—500ug／mL。范围内与锋面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数r=0．9998，仪器精密度为（RSD）2.2％（n=6）。结论方法快速，简便准确，可用于该制剂的成品质量控制。
Objective： To use HPLC method for the determination of aspirin in compound aspirin enteric--coated tablets. Methods： The column was C18 column （Dikma Technologies Diamonsil C18, 51μm, 250×4.6mm）, the mobile phase was water- methenol-1%HAc （50：49：1）, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 280nm. Result： The linear range of the determination by HPLC was 50-500μl·mL-1 （r=-0.9998）, the precision（RSD） was 2.2%（n=6）. Conclusion： A simple and ac- curate method is established for determination of aspirin, and can be used for quality control of aspirin enteric--coated tablets.
