摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定阿司匹林肠溶片中阿司匹林的含量。方法采用Dikma Technologies DiamonsilTMC,8(Sum,250×4.6mm)色谱柱;水-甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(50:49:1)为流动相;检测波长为280nm;流速为1.0mL/min;进样量为20uL。结果阿司匹林浓度在50—500ug/mL。范围内与锋面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9998,仪器精密度为(RSD)2.2%(n=6)。结论方法快速,简便准确,可用于该制剂的成品质量控制。
Objective: To use HPLC method for the determination of aspirin in compound aspirin enteric--coated tablets. Methods: The column was C18 column (Dikma Technologies Diamonsil C18, 51μm, 250×4.6mm), the mobile phase was water- methenol-1%HAc (50:49:1), the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 280nm. Result: The linear range of the determination by HPLC was 50-500μl·mL-1 (r=-0.9998), the precision(RSD) was 2.2%(n=6). Conclusion: A simple and ac- curate method is established for determination of aspirin, and can be used for quality control of aspirin enteric--coated tablets.
