摘要
目的研究半夏白术天麻汤治疗偏头痛痰浊型的医疗效果。方法选取2014年6~12月在我院接受治疗的90例偏头痛痰浊型患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,其中实验组45例,对照组45例。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊医治,实验组采用半夏白术天麻汤治疗,均接受治疗15 d（1个疗程）后,观察比较两组的临床效果及药品安全性。结果实验组的偏头痛治疗总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的75.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.4135,P=0.0200）;实验组的偏头痛脑电图异常率（17.8%）明显低于对照组（40.0%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.4087,P=0.0200）;实验组不良反应发生率为4.4%（2/45）,明显低于对照组的17.8%（8/45）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.0500,P=0.0442）。结论半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊型偏头痛医疗效果显著,可降低脑血管阻力及毛细血管畅通性,多种途径、多靶点改善、减轻偏头痛的临床症状,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the medical treatment effect of banxia baizhu tianma decoction in treating migraine phlegm turbidity type. Methods 90 patients with migraine phlegm turbidity type from June to December 2014 of our hospital were selected for study.Patients were divided into two groups by using random number table,both control group and experimental group was 45 cases.Patients in control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and patients in experimental group were treated with banxia baizhu tianma decoction.The clinical effect and drug safety were observed between two groups after treatment for a course（15 d）. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in experimental group,which obvious higher than that was 75.6% in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（χ2=5.4135,P =0.0200）.The abnormity rate of migraine electroencephalography in experimental group was 17.8%,which obvious lower than that was 40.0% in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（χ2=5.4087,P=0.0200）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in experimental group was 4.4%（2/45）,which obvious lower than that was17.8%（8/45） in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（χ2=4.0500,P=0.0442）. Conclusion The medical treatment effect of banxia baizhu tianma decoction in treating migraine phlegm turbidity type is obvious.It can reduce cerebral vascular resistance and capillary thoroughness and by multiple approaches,multi-targeted to improvement and alleviate clinical symptoms of migraine.It is worth to use in clinic.
