芪苈强心胶囊对心力衰竭合并高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊对心力衰竭合并高尿酸血症患者临床疗效。方法选择60例心力衰竭合并高尿酸血症患者,随机分为对照组(n=38)和治疗组(n=42),对照组使用基础抗心衰药物治疗,治疗组除使用基础抗心衰药物治疗外,加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗,4周后测定BUA、NT-pro BNP和LVEF。结果治疗后2组NT-pro BNP较治疗前均降低,且治疗组较对照组降低更明显,LVEF较治疗前均升高,且治疗组较对照组升高更明显,SUA较治疗前均降低,且治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组呋塞米与螺内酯用量显著降低,且治疗的总有效率升高(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊可以显著降低心力衰竭合并高尿酸血症患者NT-pro BNP和SUA,提高LVEF,可以减小呋塞米与螺内酯的用量,改善心功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in patients with clinical efficacy on heart failure with increased serum uric acid. Methods 60 heart failure patients with hyperuricemia, were randomly divided into control group(n=38) and treatment group(n=42), the control group received the basis of anti heart failure drug treatment, in addition to the use of basic anti heart failure drug treatment, the treatment group added Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment. After 4 weeks, determined the NT-proBNP, LVEF and SUA. Results After treatment, NT-proBNP of the two groups all decreased and the treatment group than the control group decreased more significantly, LVEF increased and the treatment group than the control group increased more significantly, the SUA decreased and the treatment group than in the control group decreased more obviously (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group of furosemide and spironolactone amount decreased significantly, and the total effective rate of treatment increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule could decrease NT-proBNP and SUA of heart failure patients with hyperuricemia, increase LVEF, and decrease the dosage of furosemide and spironolactone, improve heart function at last.
