微灌系统中支管用先导隔膜式减压阀的研制 被引量:6

摘要 针对现有国产减压阀性能不能满足微灌系统支管使用的现状,提出了一种先导隔膜式减压阀,并测试了相关参数。结果表明,导阀内弹簧刚度、弹簧初始压缩量是影响先导式减压阀调压性能的关键因素。开发了满足微灌系统支管使用的先导式减压阀,在弹簧刚度K=7 N/mm、进口压力为0.2~0.6 MPa时,预置应力范围是0.06~0.16 MPa,流量范围为20~50m^3/h,其压力特性、流量特性均满足相关标准。 One kind of pilot operated pressure reducing value for Manifold in micro-irrigation system was developed,and the related parameters were tested.The results showed that spring stiffness and spring initial amount of compression in the pilot valve were the key factors that influenced the properties of the pressure regulating.When the spring stiffness was 7N/mm and preset stress ranged from 0.06 to 0.16 MPa,the flow of the product ranged from 20 to 50m^3/h,and the inlet pressure changed from 0.2to 0.6MPa.The pressure flow characteristics met the relevant standards.
