摘要
文章基于前人的研究结果,综述了饲料中脂肪氧化对动物的影响。分别从动物的生产性能、动物的氧化应激以及肠道微生态等角度,阐述了脂肪氧化对动物生产性能和健康水平造成的危害,并提出了在饲料中应用抗氧化剂对于动物健康和疾病预防的必要性。
According to the results of previous research, this article reviews the impacts of oxidized fat in feed to tile animals. It introduces that oxidized lipids can damage animal performance and animal health from points of production performance, oxidized stress and intestinal heahh respectively. The conclusion is that antioxidant is an essential feed component with important implications for health maintenance and disease avoidance in animals.
