摘要
针对某油田在石油压裂液控制中所面临的问题,基于OMRON C200HS开发了一套石油压裂液混配车自控系统。介绍了自控系统的工作原理、硬件组成、软件流程及其所实现的功能。现场试验与实际应用表明:该自控系统可以按照生产需要快速配置不同比例的石油压裂液,橇出口粘度达到试验最高粘度的86%以上,大幅提高了配液质量并减少了胶粉浪费。
Considering the matters which bother the control over the petroleum fracturing fluid and basing on OMRON C200HS, a mixing car' s auto-control system was developed, including the introduction of its working principle, hardware structure and software implementation as well as the realized functions. Field test and application results show that this auto-control system can meet requirements for the petroleum fracturing fluid dosing, and it can make the fracturing fluid viscosity exceed 86% of the highest viscosity along with an improved dosing quality and saved glue powder.
