摘要
就业问题日益凸显,高职院校急需提升学生就业竞争力,其中重视培养职业素养是提升高职学生就业竞争力的有效策略。本文阐述了两方面的问题,职业素养可以提升高职学生就业竞争力和培养高职学生职业素养的有效途径。本文的目的在于重视培养职业素养提升高职学生就业竞争力。
The problem employment is becoming increasingly prominent.It is urgent that high vocational colleges shall enhance students＇ employment competitiveness,and to pay great attention to the cultivation of professional quality is one of the effective strategies to improve higher vocational college students＇ employment competitiveness.This paper made some explanation around two aspects,one is professional quality can help to improve students＇ employment competitiveness,and the other is the effective way to cultivate higher vocational college students＇ professional quality. The purpose of this paper is to pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality so as to improve higher vocational college students＇ employment competitiveness.
